Introductionmrkeyboard.official is a Print-on-Demand online store operated in partnership with Printify. All products are manufactured and fulfilled by Printify or its production partners on a made-to-order basis.2. Orders and Binding Nature
- All orders placed on mrkeyboard.official are final and binding once submitted.
- Because this is a Print-on-Demand service, your order goes into production immediately after payment confirmation. We do not hold inventory.
- Cancellations are not accepted after the order has been placed, as production begins right away.
3. PaymentAll payments are processed securely at the time of checkout. Accepted payment methods are displayed during the ordering process. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.4. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates provided by Printify’s production and shipping partners and are not guaranteed.
- Shipping delays due to customs, carrier issues, or high demand do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
- You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not liable for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. Returns, Refunds, and ExchangesDue to the custom Print-on-Demand nature of our products:
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, wrong size selection, or other customer-related reasons.
- Refunds are not issued for completed orders.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective (manufacturing fault) or significantly damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement product at no extra cost.
To request a replacement, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the order with clear photos of the defect/damage.
We reserve the right to assess the claim and may require additional information.6. Product Variations
- Colors and prints may vary slightly from the images shown on the website due to differences in monitors, printing processes, and materials.
- All sizes are approximate and follow standard manufacturer sizing. We recommend checking the size chart before ordering.
7. Intellectual Property
- By uploading or submitting designs, you confirm that you have all necessary rights to use that content and that it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
- You grant mrkeyboard.official and Printify a non-exclusive license to use your designs solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
- All content on mrkeyboard.official (logos, text, graphics, etc.) is the property of mrkeyboard.official and may not be used without permission.
8. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, mrkeyboard.official shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our service or products.
